VC NFL Flag Football & Youth Cheer – No Refund Policy

At Valley Center NFL Flag Football & Youth Cheer, we are committed to providing a high-quality, community-driven experience for every athlete and family involved. In order to maintain fairness, secure facilities, purchase equipment, and coordinate staffing for the season, we must enforce the following No Refund Policy.

Policy Overview

By registering your child for VC NFL Flag Football or Youth Cheer, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy:

  • All registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: injury, schedule conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with team placement.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed practices, games, or events due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Uniform or merchandise purchases made through the league are also non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare and specific conditions, and are at the full discretion of league directors:

  • League season is fully canceled prior to start due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., facility closures or government-mandated shutdowns).

  • A written medical note is provided within 14 days of registration detailing an injury or condition that prevents the athlete from participating.

Why This Policy Exists

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, once a player is registered, your fees help cover:

  • League insurance

  • Field rentals and permits

  • Equipment and uniforms

  • Staff and referee compensation

  • Programming and administrative costs

These commitments are made based on enrollment numbers and must be honored regardless of individual participation.
